Here is a letter I received from a shy model called Malinda. Any advice for her? Please add your comments below.
Hey Bob my name is Malinda & I am a rising sophomore. I really want to model but I have a couple of issues at hand.
The first one is that I am shy. I can send email messages all day and speak to you on the phone but in person I am completely shy.
I also don’t have a lot of money and in school I tried the model thing we have in school but I am to shy and I haven’t grasped the concept of walking in public.
I am a very pretty girl and modeling is one on my dreams so if you could help me or give me any advice I will be so thankful.
Thank you for your nice letter. First, you’ve got to understand there is nothing wrong with being shy. Many times it is an admorable attribute. Some models are too outgoing and never get any work done. d:-)Believe it or not I used to be so shy I couldn’t lead a group in silent prayer but later in life found some secrets.YOU ARE LESS SHY WITH THINGS YOU KNOW ABOUT!!!This is so true! Once you put yourself in front of the camera for the 100th time your shyness will be a thing of the past! Taking the first step is the hardest and then you will start to loosen up.
