On the Wet Coast it is not so easy. For fashion and high end modeling there is not really an outlet nor a agency, we just have those blond bimbos.
What I ended up doing was to contact a Magazine in the high end art publication. Carrie, a fine art photographer actually took an interest in me and spent a few days shooting. As a former model she gave a lot of guidance and direction and hopefully the shoot will end up in the publication. Until then, that is once I am in print, I will wait tables and then go see what the East Coast has to offer. At least on the East Coast they are still interested in real models.
